I have been using Blaydon for about a year now and although the staff at Blaydon are fine and I have no problems with them, there are two people I feel stand out as outstanding as they are very polite and courteous and I would like to bring this to your attention. The two people are Liz Appleby on Reception and Adam Richardson in Service.
